As one of my most impactful mentors always said, "Freedom is at the beginning, not at the end." 

I lived a life of chasing "something".  Upon reflection, what I thought was me running towards, was in actuality me running away.  

I was running from the void of my own loneliness, sadness, and insecurity.  That was the hole left when my twin brother died.  

I stopped running and I realized that everything I was looking for was already right in front of me.  I just needed to know how to observe.  

Now I help others discover this freedom for themselves.  Let's jump on a call and see what we can discover together. 

Truth has become a word devoid of much meaning in the post modern society we now inhabit.  

It's important to recognize the importance of it, however, and separate out the relative form of truth embraced by so many to support their righteousness, and actual Truth, which is something that has nothing to do with opinion. 

Truth comes when we are able to see with clear eyes and without distortion.  The way in which we can begin to do this is through self-knowledge.  

It's time we learn about the total process of how we operate.  If we can, we will find that Truth has it's own action. 

When I first started my coaching journey, my focus was on getting people to conform to certain habits and behaviors.  

While this can be a useful stepping stone to help someone shift out of a less helpful pattern of behavior, it is often just a superficial change.  

If action is to be creative, versus conformative, then it must be an action that arises from a place of freedom and truth.  

It is through creative action and therefore creative being that we fully embrace beauty and balance in our lives.  

All other action is performative, and therefore, enslaving. Time to set yourself free.
